Simply fill out the form below and we will contact you at a suitable time, so that you can discuss your requirements with us directly. We will then arrange for a household removal survey. This takes about half an hour, during which time a list of the packing materials, an assessment of the furniture volume and the appropriate logistics will be determined. Terms and Conditions

Arrival Times

All arrival times are estimates. Although we do our best to be on time and generally are, however, if we are running late, we will contact and let you know.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a move. Cancellations within 24 hours of the move start time will incur a £50 fee. We reserve the right to cancel or change dates and times.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (gaining entry, waiting for keys or incorrect addresses, removal of windows or difficult access to goods, etc.).

Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse to take any load we feel is unsuitable or that has not been accurately specified before collection.

Access

You may incur extra charges if you have not informed us of awkward access. Awkward access means that we our driver would have difficulties in obtaining access to you property or there is no parking available. We reserve the right to deny moving items that will not fit thru staircases, hallways, etc.

Cost

There is a 2 hour minimum charge on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged at half hour increments

Extra Fuel

Charges apply when travelling outside the M25, £1.50 per mile

Loss or Damage

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after job is complete and payment is received.

Clearance

There is a minimum charge of £50 per half tonne for goods going to the tip.

Long distance

We charge £3.00 a mile for two guys and £2.50 per mile for one guy. This includes all labour, and fuel

Parking

Please try to ensure that there is parking available outside of your premises on the day. Parking is to be arranged by the customer. Pleas reserve a space for the van outside before it arrives or call the local council and get a suspension or permit where necessary.Any parking fines received will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer on completion of the job.

Payment

Payment should be made to the driver directly at the end of the job using cash or cheque with guarantee card. We are not able to accept debit or credit cards at this time.

Staff Abuse

Verbal or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. If the driver is forced to leave the job because of abuse from the customer, verbal or otherwise, the customer will still be liable to pay in full.
